Shipping & Delivery What shipping options do you offer? We keep it simple and fast for US customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3-6 business days – $20
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days – FREE (automatic on all orders)
  • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days – $10 (alternative tracked option)

Free shipping applies at checkout—no minimum required. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, holidays, carrier schedules, or peak seasons.

How long does shipping take? Orders typically process and ship within 1-2 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: Arrives in 3-6 business days
  • Standard/Free: Arrives in 7-14 business days

We ship to all 50 states from our US-based warehouse.

Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, or Hawaii? Yes! We ship to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), Alaska, and Hawaii. Remote locations may take slightly longer.

What if my order is delayed, damaged, or lost? Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number (and photos if damaged). We’ll track it with the carrier or resolve it quickly (replacement, refund, or credit).

Are your bomber jackets suitable for all seasons? Yes! Lightweight nylon/satin bombers work great for spring/fall, while leather or quilted-lined ones add warmth for cooler weather. Many are versatile year-round layers.

How do I care for my bomber jacket? Leather: Spot clean or professional leather clean. Nylon/satin: Machine wash cold on gentle cycle (if specified) or spot clean, air dry. Avoid dryers to preserve shape and ribbing. Always follow the care label.

Returns & Refunds What is your return policy? 30-day returns for unused, unworn items in original condition, tags attached, and packaging. Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong size/style.
